OK so only a few months ago Katy Perry and Russell Brand said the divorce rumors were false. Of course, every celebrity says the rumors are false, then they finally admit it later. So I found a new update on everything via TheCelebrityCafe.com. I think its great that Russell doesn't want half of Katy's, I believe, 40 million even though no prenup was signed. I always thought they were the cutest couple. So sad :(

Denzel Washington has joined the sprawling list of
celebrities who have fallen victim to Internet death hoaxes.
According to The Huffington Post’s Black Voices, an article posted on the Global Associated News Web site reported that the actor had been killed in a snowboarding accident in Switzerland.
The faux report claimed Washington had been vacationing in a ski resort when he lost control of his snowboard and crashed into a tree, dying instantly.
“Washington was air lifted by ski patrol teams to a local hospital, however, it is believed that the actor died instantly from the impact of the crash,” the article stated. “The actor was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident and drugs and alcohol do not appear to have played any part in his death.”
After the hoax spread quickly across the Internet, Washington's publicist Alan Nierob told E! News that the actor was alive and well.
“He is working on location in Atlanta currently,” Nierob said.
Washington’s next film will be the thriller “Safe House,” set to debut in February.
Comedian Bill Cosby, singer Miley Cyrus, stand-up funnyman Sinbad, most recently Tiger Wood and countless others have been the victims of Internet hoaxes falsely claiming that they have died.
Last year, Fox News reported that many hoaxes begin on the user-generated online encyclopedia Wikipedia, as experts claim users can easily post false information before editors can pull it down.

The Internet was abuzz with speculation that the Grammy-nominated singer was planning to separate from her husband, English comedian and actor Russell Brand. Perry took to Twitter Wednesday to shoot down that claim, among others.
"First I'm pregnant & then I'm divorced. What am I All My Children?! #ericakane #pshhh #ifihadadollarforevertime...," the 27-year-old wrote on the site.
Though Perry says she is not pregnant now, during an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" she said having children is "one of the reasons you get married," according to Us Weekly.
Katy Perry flashed her wedding ring at the Grammy nominations concert last night, where she received two Grammy nominations, including one in the record of the year category for "Firework."
